ORIENT X SINAGPORE 60TH
ANNIVERSARY EDITION
2025 marks the 60th anniversary of Independence for Singapore.
To commemorate the milestone, BIG Time Singapore together with Orient watches present a set of 38mm Orient Bambinos for this SG60!
The launch will be in form of a pre-order via the Orient Authorised Dealers, as well as through BIG Time Singapore. Delivery will be in batches starting late July 2025.
There are only 600 sets and so if you want to land this beautiful set, do act fast!
The SG60 edition was conceptualized to commemorate the 60th Anniversary of Independence of Singapore, it took about 2 years to get approval from Japan and finally put them into production after various iterations of design changes.
What is new in 2025:
1. The watch is based on the new Orient Bambino 38mm vs the 40mm variant as seen in 2015.
2. A newly designed case in rose gold variant and hands is selected for theSG60 edition, this color is not available in the normal 38mm Bambino series.
3. A new redesigned compact box, with our national flag colors in red and white are carefully selected this year to match the theme of the Singapore exclusive edition.
The words Singapore and “60 years of Independence since 1965” is elegantly printed on the dial to celebrate this milestone year.
The dial comes with an off-white silver colour tone and is finished with a light brushing pattern to bring out the classic elegance of the watch.
Rose Gold coloured hands and markers are chosen this round to complement the tone of the silver dial.
At the heart of the timepiece, Orient have once again chosen the reliable F6724 movement. The Orient caliber F6724 is a self-winding automatic movement with
22 jewels.
The F6724 is one of the most reliable movements found in Orient watches, it is a movement made fully in-house by Epson. This caliber is found in Orient watches released as far back as 2016.
