General :

The defective watch must be accompanied by the Orient International Guarantee Certificate endorsed by BOTH Authorised Distributor AND Authorised Dealer.

A handling fee of $80 per watch will be levied ($120 for Orient Star or Special Edition watches) for watches purchased from online sellers, non-authorised dealers or Guarantee Certificate without the above mentioned endorsements.

Customer who seeks warranty service agrees to be bound by the decision that BIG Time SG Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse a warranty claim or repair request in their discretion.

SPECIAL PRIVILEGE: 1-Year Extended Warranty for Guarantee Certificate endorsed by BOTH BIG Time SG Pte Ltd AND and any of its Authorised Dealers [Valid for purchases made from 1st April 2021].



Glass, bracelet/strap, battery failure and any damage(s) caused by any misuse, neglect, improper use testing, accident, negligence, unauthorised attempts to open, tamper, repair or modify, or excessive wear and tear.
